Kisspeptin – Research Peptide Pure Path Pep

Overview:

Kisspeptin is a natural “messenger” peptide made by your body. Think of it as an important upstream signal in the brain that helps control women’s reproductive hormones. It tells the hypothalamus (a key part of the brain) to release GnRH, which then signals the pituitary gland to produce LH and FSH. These hormones play a big role in the menstrual cycle, ovulation, and ovary function.

Why Researchers Are Interested:

Scientists are studying kisspeptin in women for several areas:

  • Fertility & IVF — It has been researched as a way to help trigger egg maturation during IVF treatments, especially for women at higher risk of a complication called ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS). It works by supporting the body’s own natural hormone signals instead of adding hormones directly.
  • Low Sex Drive (HSDD) — One clinical study gave kisspeptin to women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder and saw changes in brain activity related to attraction and sexual feelings, along with some hormone shifts.
  • Missing Periods (Hypothalamic Amenorrhea) — Because it sits high up in the hormone chain, researchers are looking at whether it can help restore normal signaling when periods stop due to stress, low body weight, over-exercise, or undereating.
  • Menstrual Cycle & Menopause — It helps the brain respond to estrogen and is involved in the natural changes that happen during perimenopause and menopause.

Easy-to-Understand Details:

  • The version we offer is Kisspeptin-10 — a short, active form commonly used in lab research.
  • It is not estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, or any other common hormone.
  • It is not a supplement for casual use, weight loss, or general “hormone balancing.”

Very Important Warnings

Kisspeptin is still an investigational research chemical. It is not FDA-approved for any medical use in women — including fertility, libido, menopause symptoms, or hormone support.

This product is sold for research and laboratory use only. It is not for self-use, injection at home, or human consumption outside of approved clinical trials. Compounded peptides can have risks around purity and safety.

Do not use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive without a fertility doctor, have hormone-related health issues, or are taking other medications that affect hormones. Always talk to a qualified doctor (like a reproductive endocrinologist or OB/GYN) before considering anything that affects your reproductive system.

Wolverine Stack: BPC-157 + TB-500 (Breakdown from Dr. Ashley Froese’s video)

  • What it is: A popular regenerative peptide pairing nicknamed the “Wolverine Stack” after the Marvel character’s superhuman healing.
It combines BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) and TB-500 (a fragment of thymosin beta-4) for accelerated tissue repair and recovery.

  • How they work (synergistic mechanisms):
    • BPC-157: A stable 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protective compound in human gastric juice. Acts like a “healing traffic controller” — coordinates the full healing cascade (inflammation → repair → remodeling), promotes organized collagen rebuild (less messy scarring), enhances blood vessel signaling to damaged areas, and supports angiogenesis.
    • TB-500: Binds to actin (the cell’s structural framework), enabling faster migration of repair cells to injury sites. Works more systemically across the body.
    • Combined effect: BPC-157 directs and organizes the healing process (foreman at the site), while TB-500 improves delivery and access for repair cells (better roads). This creates more efficient, coordinated recovery.

  • Key benefits:
    • Accelerates healing of tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, gut lining, and other tissues (strong support from animal/preclinical studies).
    • Helps reduce chronic inflammation, fibrosis, and stalled healing — potentially lowering risk of long-term issues like tendinopathy.
    • Systemic benefits: Often effective body-wide without needing injections directly at the injury site.
    • BPC-157’s acid stability allows oral use (especially helpful for gut health).
    • Users commonly report faster recovery from injuries (shoulders, knees, Achilles, rotator cuffs) and reduced scarring.

  • Why it’s popular: Mimics regenerative “super healing” by modulating the body’s natural repair pathways rather than just suppressing symptoms.
  • Important caveats:
    • Not FDA-approved for human use and largely unregulated — source quality and purity can vary widely (contamination risk exists).
    • Promotes new blood vessel growth (angiogenesis), which supports healing but raises a theoretical concern for those with active tumors/cancer (no strong evidence it causes cancer, but caution is advised).
    • Mostly animal data and anecdotal reports; large-scale human trials are limited.
    • TB-500 is typically injected (oral versions break down more easily); results are not guaranteed and it’s not a substitute for proper medical care, PT, or surgery when needed.

This stack is one of the go-to regenerative protocols in peptide communities for injury healing and tissue repair. Always work with a knowledgeable provider — this is educational only, not medical advice!
